How much does 3d rendering cost?

We strive to provide high quality renderings at a fair price.

If we could offer a flat price on every rendering we make, we would. Due to the nature of 3d rendering, we need to quote each project separately. Variables include complexity, size and quantity.

Of our two most popular products, 3d Exterior Renderings and 3d Interior Renderings, here you will find the base price. From here, we determine the complexity, size and quantity of renderings you require to provide you with a comprehensive, customized quote. At Render 11, we want to balance price with quality to give you the best possible service.

How It Works

Our process consists of 3 stages. First, we will gather all information regarding your project. This includes plans, drawings, images, material choices and anything else that is important to your project.

Second, we take all this information and build out the 3d model(s). In this stage you will be able to see a grayscale version of your 3d model and camera view. Here we will be able to make adjustments to the model or view.

Finally, we render a full color rendering of your project where you will have an additional chance to make any changes or revisions before rendering the final high resolution image.

You send us your drawings, material selections and information about your project.

2. We Create Your 3d Model

We will create a 3d model and camera angle for you to approve before moving on to the next step.

3. Start Marketing!

We finalize your images and provide you with full resolution files for you to download and use in your marketing material.

1How long does it take?
We will typically complete the first draft of your rendering within 5 days. We can work simultaneously on a large quantity of renderings depending on the size and scope of your project. This reduces the time required on a per-rendering basis. Send us the details of your project and we will be happy to provide you with a timeline. 
2What do you need to get started?
Ideally, we work from drafted drawings in CAD format. Normally DWG or DXF files work best for us to create 3d models. We can also work from PDF files if you don't have access to the original CAD files. Also, we ask for specific selections of materials and colors. This can be in a list showing the manufacturer and color, or inspirational photos can be provided of your color choices.
3How much do renderings cost?
Each project is different, therefore we cannot put a flat rate on all renderings. Typically, renderings will start at $450. From there, we determine scope, complexity, quantity and timeline to provide you with a customized quote. 
4How many revisions do I get with each rendering?
Our process is simple. We provide 1 revision at the modeling stage and 2 in the draft stage. First, we create the grayscale camera and model view where you will have an opportunity to make comments and adjustments. Next, we provide the first fully rendered draft of the rendering where you have another opportunity to make comments. We then provide a second draft where you will have a final opportunity to provide feedback. Finally, we render the completed high resolution image based on the last round of comments.
